Brand Alignment Truth takes your Amazon ASIN and compares what your website promises against what your product detail page actually delivers — marker by marker across all 17 brand dimensions. If your homepage and your Amazon PDP are telling different stories, every click-through from a search result or a competitor’s page becomes a conversion risk. This report names every gap, scores every contradiction, and ranks the fixes by impact.

What you get

A single top-line score reflecting how consistently your brand identity carries from your website to your Amazon product page. A high score means your messaging holds together across channels. A low score means customers are landing on a different brand than the one they were promised.
Every one of Pokpok’s 17 brand markers is scored for both your website and your PDP using the 60/40 formula (see below). You see both scores side by side for every marker, so you know exactly which dimensions are aligned and which ones are drifting.
Every marker where your website and your PDP actively contradict each other is surfaced, named, and evidenced. These aren’t vague observations — each finding includes the specific copy from both channels that creates the contradiction, so you know exactly what to fix.
All identified gaps are ranked by impact × effort, so you know which contradictions to close first for the fastest improvement in conversion coherence.

What to provide

The only input you need is your Amazon ASIN — for example, B08KT2Z93D. Pokpok uses your ASIN to automatically locate and scrape both your Amazon product detail page and your brand’s homepage. You don’t need to submit your website URL separately.
Pokpok supports the following Amazon marketplaces: .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es, .ca, .com.au, .co.jp. Submit the ASIN from whichever marketplace is your primary sales channel.

The 60/40 scoring formula

Each marker is scored using Pokpok’s 60/40 formula:
  • Territory Match — 60 points: Does your content claim the right brand territory for this marker? This is the strategic layer — are you in the right space?
  • Slider Execution — 40 points: How well does your copy execute within that territory? This is the craft layer — are you saying it well?
The formula ensures that a brand which is in the wrong territory doesn’t score well just because it’s well-written. For full details on how scoring works, see Scoring Concepts.

What “Multiple Personality Disorder” means

Multiple Personality Disorder is what happens when your website claims one brand territory and your Amazon PDP operates in a completely different one. A concrete example: your website reads as “The Empowerer” — transformation language, empowerment narrative, customer-as-hero. Your Amazon PDP reads as “The Clinical Standard” — safety claims, dermatology references, ingredient science. These are not complementary — they’re contradictory. A customer who discovers your brand through a competitor search, lands on your Amazon PDP first, and then visits your website experiences a jarring disconnect. The brand they found on Amazon is not the brand your website promises. That gap is a conversion killer, and it compounds over time as AI engines learn to retrieve one version of your brand while your website projects another.
