Credit Allocation
Credits are tied to your account. If you haven’t signed in, Pokpok uses a browser fingerprint to track your anonymous credits. Once you sign in with Google, your credits migrate to your account and persist across devices.
URL Caching
If you scan a URL you have previously scanned, the result loads instantly from cache and your credit is not consumed. The cache applies per exact URL — if the URL changes by even one character (for example, a trailing slash or a UTM parameter), it counts as a new scan. Use your browser’s address bar URL exactly as it appears on the product page.Running Out of Credits
When you hit zero credits, all scan dots go empty and new scans are blocked. You have two options:- Share your results on LinkedIn — if you haven’t done this yet, sharing unlocks +3 credits immediately. This is a one-time bonus.
- Upgrade to a paid Diagnose report — a €150 one-off report gives you a full brand perception analysis without using the credit system at all.
