# Pokpok Privacy Policy: Data Practices and Your GDPR Rights

## Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus three years after contract termination for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Pokpok uses three categories of cookies on pokpok.ai:
Required for the platform to function. These cookies do not require your consent and cannot be disabled. They handle session management, security, and core site features.
Used by **Google Analytics** and **Framer Analytics** to understand how visitors use the site. These cookies require your consent before being set.
Used by **HubSpot** and **Intercom** for CRM tracking and support chat functionality. These cookies require your consent before being set.
