# Run Your First Free Brand Perception Scan in Minutes

> Run a free X-RAY brand perception scan in under two minutes — no account needed. See how your brand lands with human shoppers and AI models instantly.

You can get your first brand perception scan in under two minutes using the free X-RAY tool. No account required, no credit card, no setup. Paste a URL, get your score, and immediately see how your brand is landing with both human shoppers and AI models.

## Run your first scan

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to pokpok.ai">
    Visit [pokpok.ai](https://pokpok.ai) and click the X-RAY scanner. It's on the homepage — you can't miss it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your URL">
    Paste any brand URL into the scanner — your homepage, a product page, or a competitor's page. The X-RAY tool analyses whatever is publicly visible at that URL, so the more content-rich the page, the richer the output.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read your HI score">
    Your Human Perception (HI) score appears immediately. It shows how clearly your page communicates to a real shopper — whether a first-time visitor would understand your product, your positioning, and your reason to buy.

    Scores are LED-coded for quick interpretation:

    | Score range | Colour | What it means |
    | - | - | - |
    | 70–100 | 🟢 Green | Strong human perception — your message is landing clearly |
    | 40–69 | 🟡 Yellow | Moderate — there are gaps a real shopper would notice |
    | 0–39 | 🔴 Red | Weak — your brand is likely losing people before they convert |
  </Step>

  <Step title="Unlock your AI score">
    Sign in with Google to unlock the AI Perception score. This shows how generative search engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — currently understand and represent your brand when a consumer asks for a recommendation in your category.

    The AI score uses the same 0–100 scale and LED coding as the HI score, so you can compare them directly.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the gap">
    The delta between your HI and AI scores is your **perception gap** — the blind spot between how humans experience your brand and how AI engines interpret it.

    A 30-point gap is typical. It means the AI models forming opinions about your brand on behalf of millions of potential customers are working from a very different picture than the one real shoppers see. That gap has direct consequences for AI-driven discovery, recommendations, and search. Pokpok makes it visible — and fixable.
  </Step>
</Steps>
