# How Pokpok Analyses Brand Perception in Three Stages

> Pokpok uses a three-stage methodology — Analyse, Diagnose, and Treat — to surface your brand perception gaps and deliver a prioritised fix list.

Pokpok works through a three-stage methodology: **Analyse** your category, **Diagnose** your brand against it, and **Treat** the gaps with targeted content. Each stage builds on the last, giving you progressively deeper clarity and more actionable output — so you can start with a free scan and scale into full category intelligence as your needs grow.

## Stage 1 — Analyse Your Category

Before you can understand your own brand, you need to understand the competitive landscape it exists in. The Analyse stage builds that foundation.

Pokpok scans up to **15 category leaders** and measures each one across **17 brand strategy markers** (see the full list below). It processes **1,700+ customer reviews** to surface how real buyers talk about the category, and audits the **top product pages** to capture the functional and emotional claims brands are actually making.

This gives you a living map of your category — how it's positioned, what language it uses, which emotional and functional benefits are overplayed or underexplored, and where genuine white space exists.

The Analyse product is available as a **monthly subscription at €50/month**. Your category map refreshes every month so you always have a current picture of how the competitive landscape is shifting.

## Stage 2 — Diagnose Your Brand

With your category map in place, Pokpok runs your brand through the same 17 markers — measuring it across both the **HI (Human Perception)** and **AI (AI model perception)** lenses simultaneously.

The Diagnose report gives you:

* **A full category comparison** — where your brand sits relative to the 15 leaders across every marker.
* **HI and AI scores** broken down by dimension, so you can see precisely which markers are creating your perception gap.
* **Five Uncomfortable Truths** — the specific gaps between how you think your brand communicates and what it actually signals to humans and AI engines.
* **A prioritised fix list** — ranked actions targeting the gaps most likely to move your perception scores.

Diagnose reports are ordered as **one-off engagements at €150** and delivered in approximately **72 hours**. The free X-RAY tool is a lightweight version of Diagnose — it gives you your HI and AI scores for a single URL instantly, without the full category comparison or Uncomfortable Truths.

## Stage 3 — Treat Your Content

Once you know exactly which gaps exist and where they're coming from, Treat gives you the content to fix them.

Treat is Pokpok's AI-powered content rebuild tool. It uses the output of your Diagnose report to generate rewritten copy, restructured messaging hierarchies, and gallery rebuilds that directly address your diagnosed perception gaps — targeting both the HI and AI lenses so your fixes work for humans and generative search engines alike.

## The 17 Brand Markers

Every Analyse and Diagnose report measures your brand across the same 17 markers drawn from brand strategy best practice. These markers are evaluated separately through the HI and AI lenses, which is what produces the perception gap scores.
