# Category Experience Truth: Review Intelligence Subscription

> 1,700+ leader reviews analysed monthly across 7 health zones and 17 pain points — position around what customers actually want and aren't getting.

Category Experience Truth analyses 1,700+ reviews from the 15 leading brands in your category — mapping every pain point, love signal, and unmet need so you can position around what customers actually want. While most brands read a handful of competitor reviews and call it research, this subscription gives you a systematic, quantified picture of the entire category's customer reality, refreshed every month.

## What's included

Each monthly report covers the full review landscape of your category:

* **1,700+ reviews per category leader analysed per month** — Pokpok processes a statistically meaningful volume of reviews across all 15 leaders, not a cherry-picked sample.
* **7 health zones mapped and scored** — Reviews are categorised across seven dimensions of customer experience:
  * Product Performance
  * Delivery
  * Packaging
  * Customer Service
  * Value
  * Trust
  * Emotional Response
* **17 pain points mapped and quantified** — Within those health zones, 17 specific pain points are tracked and scored by frequency and severity across the category.
* **Category pain pattern** — A summary of the recurring complaints and recurring delights that appear across all 15 leaders — the structural truths about what the category consistently fails and consistently delivers.

## How to use it

Category Experience Truth is most powerful when you're making positioning decisions. Here are three ways to put it to work:

**1. Find a positioning gap**
Look at the pain points that appear most frequently across category leaders. If every leader fails on the same dimension — say, trust in ingredients or emotional connection after purchase — that's a gap you can build your positioning around. You're not just different; you're solving a real, documented problem.

**2. Validate your brand promise**
Before you commit to a brand promise, check whether your competitors are already making it and failing to deliver on it. If they are, you need to either prove you can do it better or choose a different promise entirely.

**3. De-risk your launch**
The category pain pattern tells you exactly which pain points are landmines — the complaints that crop up repeatedly even for the best-reviewed brands. Know what they are before you launch so you can design them out of your product and customer experience.

## Pricing

Category Experience Truth costs **€50/month**, with a fresh analysis delivered every month. Cancel at any time.

<Tip>
  Pair Category Experience Truth with [Category Perception Truth](/analyse/category-perception) to understand both what leaders *say* (their positioning) and what their customers *actually experience* (their reviews). Together, they show you where the brand promises and the customer reality diverge — which is often where the best white space lives.
