# View and Manage Your Pokpok Reports and Subscriptions

> Track report status, access completed brand analyses, and manage subscriptions from your Pokpok dashboard — reports are always available at pokpok.ai.

After ordering a Pokpok report, you can track its status and access it any time from your dashboard at pokpok.ai. Reports remain in your account permanently — one-off purchases never expire, and monthly subscription editions accumulate in your dashboard as each new edition is delivered.

## Report Status Lifecycle

Your report moves through four states from order to delivery:

* **Scanning** — Pokpok is scraping and analysing your URL or ASIN. This stage typically completes within a few hours of your order.
* **Processing** — AI analysis is running against the scraped data. This is the longest stage; allow up to 72 hours from your order time.
* **Ready** — your report is complete and available to open in the interactive dashboard.
* **Error** — something went wrong during processing. Pokpok will notify you and automatically retry. If the error persists, contact support.

## Accessing Your Reports

    Click **My Reports** in the main navigation. All reports tied to your account appear here, sorted by order date.

    Each report shows its current status — Scanning, Processing, or Ready — alongside the URL or ASIN and the order date.

    Click any report with a **Ready** status to open the full interactive analysis. You can return to this view at any time.

## Subscriptions in Your Dashboard

Monthly subscription editions appear as separate line items in your dashboard as each edition refreshes. Each item shows the scan period it covers, so you can track how your category intelligence evolves month over month. Older editions remain accessible — they are not replaced or removed when a new edition arrives.

## Managing Your Subscription

To update billing details, view payment history, download invoices, or cancel a subscription:

1. Click your account menu in the top-right corner of pokpok.ai
2. Select **Customer Portal**
3. From the portal you can view all past payments, download PDF invoices, and cancel or modify any active subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your existing reports remain accessible.

  Reports are tied to your Google account email. If you sign in with a different Google account, your reports will not be visible. Always use the same Google account you used at checkout.
